Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How does this compare to a computer science degree?

Web application Development’s educational model is very different from university computer programs. This is an immersive model of education that puts the emphasis on the development of practical skills through hands-on application building rather than theory.

Lectures time is minimal, with most of  your time spent in a lab setting that will give you the foundation you need quickly and efficiently attain the skills you need. Our program teaches you how to learn new technology skills and sets you up to continue learning in your new career.

Q. I don't have any programming experience.

The most important prerequisite for the Web Application Development Bootcamp course is a desire to work hard. We bring students through the learning process from the ground up. You’ll quickly be putting together applications to rival coders with years of experience through the bootcamp process.

Q. How intense is the Bootcamp program?

Bootcamp courses are intended for those committed to rapid learning with full commitment. Regular scheduled class hours are just the start, with many students routinely putting hours of coding under their belt in a short period of time.

Q. I have a degree from university. Is this a good choice for me?

As a graduate of a university education you have a proven history of working to achieve your goals. Bootcamp style courses are ideal for students who have a previous educational experience and have a desire to add a specific employable skill to their resume.
